(With no additional cost to you, the seller) In most cases, both of us can assist, advise, negotiate, sign (as your agent) on listings, contracts, offers, counter offers etc., from beginning, all the way thru closing. What does this mean to you as a potential client? Let's assume you enlisted the services of one of the many fine agents in the KC area (Agent C) to be your Designated Agent. Assume there are several offers all at the same time on a home or property you are buying or selling and you need immediate agent communication, or your agents signatures on a legal Real Estate document, for example, a counter offer. You try to contact your Agent C and they happen to be showing houses to one of their other clients and unavailable to take your call. Who do you call now???? Now let's assume you are in the same "I need to talk to my agent now!"? situation. Only this time, we are your Designated Agents.
